Meet our founder, Cesar Amaya. With over 20 years of experience in residential architecture, Cesar is passionate about design and dedicated to client-focused service. Effective communication is a cornerstone of his approach. He has designed hundreds of projects, from custom homes to small multi-residential developments, throughout Alberta, Canada. CityPlans was born from his vision to simplify the design-to-permit process, making it easier and more efficient for clients to bring their residential projects to life.
