We've been designing homes for a very long time. We know that at times things get busy for everyone, and that everyone seems to get busy at the same time! Our library of plans has been carefully drafted to fit your specific city and will fit your specific lot! We save you time in design and drafting, and we save you time as your project moves through the permitting process because we design it all with your City's Bylaws in mind! We estimate a time savings between 3 to 8 weeks!!s

We know we won't have a plan that fits every situation. If we find out, after your free consultation, that we just don't have what you need, we can refer you to our parent company for a custom design. You may not have the time savings and conveniences of CITYPLANS, but you'll be in the hands of an incredibly experienced design company, the same company behind CITYPLANS!

Short answer is "heck no"!!!, A few hours of design changes have been built into our pricing, we know you may want a few things changed up or moved around. We will determine after our initial consultation what, if any changes, you'd like to make and determine if the changes will fit within the built in price. Don't worry we've got your back!!

Actually this part of the site is very straightforward, we will be with you every step of the way and show you how to use it to: track your project, download the latest copy of plans, upload documents required for your application, etc!
